Aaron Harrington, Director of Harrington Associates and a northwest native, graduated from Cascade High School in Everett and went on to study business at the University of Portland, Oregon with a full scholarship where he led the soccer team to the NCAA Division 1 Final Four. After school, Aaron returned to Seattle where he was a Sales Manager for a local company and became an expert at negotiating transactions.
Aaron entered the real estate world as an investor and spent 4 years “flipping” houses before becoming a liscensed real estate agent. This unique understanding and knowledge on the details and conditions of houses has been benefitial for all of his clients. With dedication, understanding and professional negotiating skills, Aaron has helped his clients achieve tremendous success.
Today, Aaron resides in Richmond Beach (about 10 miles north of downtown Seattle). He specializes in the areas around his home in Shoreline and Edmonds but keeps well informed of all of the real estate offerings in whole north Seattle area.
